That may sound like a cheesy quote you see on a meme and let's unpack this together as we dive deeper into the meaning. In today's world so much focus is on the external. Doing, buying, achieving, sharing on social media, even meditations, ceremonies and rituals are shared on social media with followers. There is so little emphasis on being whole and complete as we are and having what we need already. Many struggle to even enjoy the moment without their phone in hand.


Especially in the wellness space there is always the next new gadget, supplement, course, etc that is gonna fix your issue and all you have to do is spend. What if I told you there is no course, no training, no supplement that can unlock what you already have? I want you to imagine a safe space where you can just be with your own thoughts. A way to access your own intuition, your own answers, and make decisions with confidence as you create actions that lead you to the life you truly want.


Let's start right now, I want you to place your hand on your heart and take a deep breath in through your nose. Expand your belly and chest and breathe out through your mouth with an audible sigh. Continue this deep breathing as you imagine you are in a rich, lush forest. Tuning into your senses imagine what it smells like, the sounds you hear, and all the beautiful wildlife and vegetation. Now I want you to envision what you having been wanting to bring into your life. Just the outcome of already having it and I want you to hold that vision as long as you can. When you are finished come back to the forest, your senses, your breath and your hand on your heart. Now, see how your body / mind feels now compared to before you started.


We didn't come here to play small, accept less than we deserve and work until we die. We came here to share our unique gifts, thrive, and enjoy life. If there is a calling you can't ignore, now is the time to answer it. Coaching provides the space for you to step into your own greatness, to set down any limitations, and step into the limitless potential within. Additionally, with breath-work, meditation, and qigong you can get your nervous system in a state of calm, so your brain is able to function at maximum efficiency as well as many other health benefits.
